Full disclosure: I have not gone live yet with SureDash, but I’ve set it up with content on Local, and the process was very easy. The interfaces are simple and clean for a DIYer.
During the process, I spotted a minor issue—not a bug, but not a feature enhancement, either. I contacted Support, and I received an answer with a solution within 24 hours (if you are in the U.S., expect a next-day response).
This is not the first time Support has helped me with one of their products. In all cases, they are kind, helpful, and clear in their communication.
Is SureDash perfect? This is still a young product, and I’m committed to it and the team behind it. Their focus seems to be on simplicity in the early going, and that has made my learning curve easy to navigate.

In 2025, the plugin had a somewhat bumpy start, but since then it has managed to catch up and I now wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.I had a specific request, which was developed within a reasonable time frame, so they do listen to user needs.What I like most is that it is fully compatible with all WordPress pages, posts, and plugins. This is not the case with the competing plugin, which is slightly faster but also ties your hands.For me, functionality and freedom, customizability with SD are more important than loading the page a few tenths of a second faster.The course feature is very clean, and SureMembers integration is getting better and better. Now I can confidently launch my MVP with SureDash and SureCart. Thanks for your work, keep it up!

I have built out one community so far and to be honest, Im really impressed with the features the team have put together in a relatively short space of time. Looking forward to the planned gamification and leaderboard too!

I’m in love with the beauty of this plugin. The Adam and team have an awesome eye for design and this plugin is doesn’t fall short in any way. By far my favorite community plugin for wordpress.

I bought this plugin back in November 2024 expecting this plugin to be usable in the first half of 2025. That was not the case for me.
I primarily use Divi, and it just so happened that around the same time as SureDash was released (as an Alpha), that Elegant Themes also launched Divi 5 Alpha. Great! An exciting new plugin and an updated theme! What could go wrong?! A lot.
There was a lot of compatibility issues between the 2. Divi wouldn’t render SureDash content. SureDash wouldn’t load properly. A lot of annoying issues. I reached out to support to advise of the issues, to which I was told they would be addressed. I gave it some time.
After a lot of frustration of being an early supporter of SureDash and not having a plugin that was compatible with the theme I was using, I voiced my concerns. Loudly. I understand that most of the people who use Sure products are not Divi users, and that I’m one of the few that does.
Adam reached out to me so that we could get on the same page for expectations, which I really appreciated. He assigned some development time to address the compatibility issues I was facing. He didn’t have to do that – but he did. Navanath, one of the devs at SureDash, replied to my support ticket, and we were off. Within a few days, most of the compatibility and rendering issues were resolved. There are still some things that need to ironed out and fixed, but it’s now a somewhat usable plugin, and hopefully in the near future, it will be a fully-compatible plugin.
Thank you so much to the team at SureDash for addressing these issues that I faced. I look forward to seeing SureDash evolve into an amazing plugin.
