Hi, I am Ashish Kushwaha

I have been professionally building in the AI, backend, and infrastructure space for around 2 years, most recently as a Founding AI Engineer at weya.ai . My recent work involves designing agentic AI workflows with opensourced LLMs, OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, etc., architecting real-time voice AI for telephony services, and scaling low-latency RAG systems for parallel phone calls. I love open source and try to contribute whenever I can. I strongly believe in learning by doing.
