The framework integrates three key components: AI-driven personalized learning paths, innovative assessment tools, and targeted teacher training, building on AACSB and EFMD standards and drawing on a systematic literature review. These elements are applied to physical, hybrid, and online modes of delivery, allowing for future scalability regardless of the position in the digital transformation spectrum of the study program or the institution. The framework, also considering its challenges, aims to enhance student engagement, develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and prepare graduates for leadership roles in the global business environment.

This paper overviews the impact of blockchain features, such as the trendy self-sovereign identity adding precious disruptive value along MOOCs value chains, especially around content acquisition, digital marketing and monetization, as well as facilitating acquisition and transfer of credentials in a digital trust-focused environment. A sound, trackable and protective digital identity has been long considered a needed asset, whereas the owner of the credentials, either the university, individual or employer has full control over the data that is shared across the educational ecosystem, on a case-by-case basis. The article also aspires at critically observing whether using blockchain tech for cours...

The main purpose is to identify the theoretical handles that may be used in the creation of a flexibility indicator. Thus, research questions related to the theoretical differentiation between durable and sustainable, flexible and resilient are answered. Further on, the paper describes the situation of the Romanian regions in terms of development indicators, based on Eurostat data, as a premise for further research on the possibility of their leapfrogging. This work was financially supported through the project "Routes of academic excellence in doctoral and post-doctoral research- REACH" co-financed through the European Social Fund, by Sectoral Operational Programme Human Resources Development 2007-2013, contract no POSDRU/59/1.5/S/137926.

Fundamental questions are first answered, such as: Why entrepreneurship is important for our society? Do entrepreneurs add to the wealth of a nation, contribute to the development of a society, create social change and stimulate the business climate? The authors then adopt a ‘toolkit’ pedagogical approach, by guiding new entrepreneurs on how to tackle the key challenges faced when launching a new business: Choosing the right market and understanding the steps in conceiving a relevant and effective Business Plan. The last section of the book explains how entrepreneurial ecosystems develop themselves, by presenting a global entrepreneurial ecosystem snapshot. The authors provide us with some very original examples from various developed and fast-developing countries, such as the USA, Switzerland China, and with some illustrations of the quest for ent...

First regarded as a response to negative externalities, then as normal elements in the industrial dynamics, eco-innovations are acknowledged as extremely significant in the constantly changing competitive conditions. This paper presents the concept of eco-innovation and its taxonomy, in order to set the bases for further research within a project aimed at providing the Romanian SMEs with the necessary tools for improving their eco-innovative capacity and making use of their natural potential. In the first stages of the project, the research being reflected in this paper, a theoretical overview of the macroeconomic and microeconomic elements of eco-innovation, alongside a series of models (both based on indicators – The Shift Model, as well as mathematical modeling – The Percolation Diffusion Model) are presented. Substantial volumes of data in both structured and unstructured forms generated by the Internet, ... more Substantial volumes of data in both structured and unstructured forms generated by the Internet, social media, and electronic transactions are straining our technical capacity to manage it. Usually, this is referred to as Big Data. Today's business environment faces a new challenge to develop both the capability and the capacity to understand and interpret the immense volume of data to take advantage of the opportunities it provides in many fields. There is thus a steady pressure on companies to be resilient and competitive, by employing all tools at their disposal in order to be innovative, implement resilient business models and provide value to shareholders and stakeholders. New concepts, such as Business Intelligence and Analytics may prove to be obscure to non-technical entrepreneurs, but they give, nonetheless, a much-needed edge to more and more competitive markets. This paper, which examines the literature on the linkages between risk management and the contextualization of business intelligence and analytics (BI&A), is aimed at providing non-technical specialists a thorough overview of materials written on the topic. BI&A, via its description of information-and knowledge-intensive methods and concepts are crucial for nowadays decision making, suitable for the creation of a risk management plan oriented towards resilience and growth. The focus of the paper is, thus, on the non-technologically skilled entrepreneur, in need of a structure of puzzling paths through a topic that is new, supported by new technologies, with significant potential for growth, but also noticeable impact on the risks a company may face, both business, as well as operational and financial.
