In unrelated news, I'm obsessed with a song that was featured in the final scene of season 4 of Lucifer (which I adored, btw.) I have it on repeat and I'm basically sending it out to every single one of my contacts. People hate me *g*

Anyway, I don't see why I shouldn't share it here too so here:

Lame subject is lame but the idea of it amused me so there you have it. Not sure anyone's still around, I'm the first who isn't around lately (with the obvious exception you're seeing today,) but just in case let me tell you that, if you haven't already, you should totally watch this movie:



And yes, "Love, Simon" is a teenage movie but believe me when I say it's worth a watch or two. I've seen it yesterday evening and it left a smile on my face that I'm still sporting today.

I think some days about writing posts, or rambling essays about this or that thought as I used to do, but RL circumstances, lazyness, and the knowledge that things have changed for me in regard to social media always manage to stop me. Looks like Alexander Skarsgard said in an interview that the best kiss of his entire career was the one he shared with Ryan Kwanten in True Blood. Now, aside from the obvious glee over this answer (I'm an idiot, sue me *g*) I instantly wanted to rewatch that scene. I thought I remembered it perfectly... turns out there's a lot I was missing.

This post was brought to you by a very tired me who should still be preparing for tonight's dinner with family but instead is procrastinating and wasting time online because, well, that's what you do, right?

I'll be going to the cinema tonight with my sister and my cousins. They've chosen the movie and it's something I confess I'd never pay to see if I could choose. Still, there's nothing else interesting around at the moment for one, and for another I'm in it mostly for the company and the movie is secondary. So I'm not complaining. Looking foward to it, in fact :)

I'd much rather be watching something else, though, if only it were November already.....



I can't tell you how excited I am about this movie and it's laughable really because I know nothing about the character or the comics at all *g* This trailer totally made my day and now I wish I could watch this tonight. Although, the dubbing... *shudders hard*

Only complaint about this trailer? Needs lots more Mads!!! ;)

Oh, please, let's try to keep this post a positive, squeeing one, if you wouldn't mind. You can have your negative opinion on the casting/the trailer/the movie itself, I respect it and always will. Just.. keep it to yourselves this time? I've read it all in other places, I'd rather not read anymore: I'm over the moon for this movie, the trailer is awesome, Benedict is perfect. Agree to disagree?

A whole 90 seconds of new footage... I'm actually speechless. That's what starving does to me.. lol! Still missing the curls, tbh, because it's an integral part of the character for me and it's just not *my* Sherlock with slicked back hair. But! For the first time since the special was announced to be set in Victorian times and to be a one off... I'm actually excited for it.

Now airdate, please BBC!

Anyway this is not why I'm here. Apparently NBC pulled their heads out of their asses and finally released one trailer for the series finale (I'm crying real tears over here) of Hannibal. Seeing that they failed to air a single trailer for the last 4-5 episodes, it's kind of unheard of to have a promo now.

In other, totally unrelated, news... I've just read something about my sign (which is cancer, btw,) that fits me so well it's actually pretty scary. Here:

I'm not really crying, no. It's a trick of the light, I assure you...

Two people close to me have been hospitalized this past week. One of them is already out, thankfully, while the other is still undergoing tests even if the ones he's had have all come out clear so that's something. Definitely a down. But, if you count the fact that a day that should have been devoted to touring hospitals has instead been transformed into a pleasant day with my sister, I guess we can find the "ups" in this down, uh?

I've reconnected with my cousin on Facebook. He's the one who looked for me and my sister there and he's also the one who's thinking about organizing a night out among cousins very soon. I'm tentatively optimistic about this so we'll sign this as an up :)

Production on the Sherlock special has almost finished and it does look like the special will air at the end of this year so that is an up. But ( mild spoilers about the special behind this cutCollapse )

A bunch of shows I've been following have already been renewed and that's great. Renewal for The Blacklist, Grimm, Arrow, The Flash, Suits and Reign make me very happy, although I could have done without SPN and TVD being renewed..... Definitely an up.

Now, 7wildwaysup posted a QaF meme the other day and while I'm pretty sure I've already answered a few of those questions multiple times (lol), there are some new ones that made me decide to fill it again. Also, it's raining and I'm bored and I have free time and... yeah, well, behind the cut *g*
