30-years of agency experience, military wife, and entrepreneurial powerhouse, Melanie is the founder of both Agency Resource Solutions and ARSidekicks.
Chasity Hawkins
Chief Executive Officer
The original Sidekick, licensed attorney with 10-years of agency experience, and CEO of ARS. Chasity has been instrumental in ARS’s growth and success, and is excited to bring the same experience to the Sidekicks family.
Paul Hawkins
Chief Financial & Technology Officer
Paul is an Army veteran, has 20+ year business management expertise, and is our IT systems extraordinaire. He is responsible for the business processes and systems that have allowed ARS to scale and grow throughout the years.
