Multilang Contact Form is a very simple and easy contact form compatible with qtranslate. It can be
implemented on a page or a post. Optionally you can enable reCapture against spam.

The Form

- Upload to your plugins folder, usually
wp-content/plugins/ - Activate the plugin on the plugin screen.
- Configure the plugin on it’s settings screen. Settings … Contact Form
- Add the
[contact_form]to the body of the post/page in the editors HTML mode.
