If being fit is a priority for you, or you have a training goal in mind, The Outsiders is a must-have app. With its latest update, you can make sure you’re maximising your progress without risking injury or overdoing it. There are even more ways to keep on top of your stats, too.

Quick take: For anyone not already familiar with this excellently designed app, it will give you a readiness score for training each day, based on your health metrics and recent workout stats – guiding you on when and how to push harder, and when to slow down. Now you can add your Training Status, letting the app know if you’re Active, in Active Recovery, On a Break, Injured or Sick, so that it can adjust expectations accordingly.

Don’t miss: The Outsiders is bringing a host of additional features in this update, with Body Metrics updated with Liquid Glass elements, new app icons and more metrics for your workouts. Best of all, it now has Widgets, so you can add key stats such as Training Readiness or Training Load Ratio to your Home Screen.
