happy with good number of inquiries. Team is good. Follows up on requirement. Registered on both trade india and india mart during covid but didn’t get many inquiries that time. In starting india mart gave a great response to attract customer but all inquiries sent by them were fake. tradeindia is better there at least. Number might be less but at least they convert. One feedback… lower the price of your packages and make it more economical for small business owners. Add more features to ur app.

Dear TradeIndia Team,I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the service experience I’ve had since purchasing my subscription. I subscribed to TradeIndia around July and have been continuously requesting for my product listings to be activated on my account. Unfortunately, even after almost three months, my listings have still not gone live.Despite multiple follow-ups and complaints over the last several weeks, I keep receiving the same response — that the issue will be resolved “today or tomorrow.” However, no progress has been made. For the past 15 days, I have even been unable to open my TradeIndia account properly, which has further affected my business operations during the crucial festive season.When your sales team approached me, they made several strong commitments and assurances, but the post-sale support has been extremely disappointing. In contrast, I have been using IndiaMART for over five years and have never faced such issues. I had subscribed to TradeIndia with the intention of exploring another portal, but unfortunately, my experience has been entirely unsatisfactory.Given that I have not received any service or leads as promised, I request that my subscription amount be refunded immediately. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to share my experience publicly on social media and relevant business forums.I hope you will take this request seriously and process my refund at the earliest.Thank you for your attention.

False services Waste of money.Think 1000 time before taking service from Tradeindia We are assure Mediquip from Pune,I had purchase services worth Rs. 2,55,000/- from Tradeindia sales person Miss. Nilam from pune Branch and Mr. Rakesh Ranjan.I have been faced extream follow up by Miss. Nilam and mr. Rakesh for the payment.Once the payment done then no any appropriate response related to services.Such kind of unprofessional services I have been facing in second time after so much commitment and false discussion, I have been purchased a plan from sales person. I have mailed for the service cancellation after two months of purchase of the services in the basis of non-completion of the services and the said material.Reason behind service cancellation-services issue and delayed activation still till date after hosting Domain,Email,banner keywords, SSL certificate is not delivered after 40 days of hosting. Service manager Mr Surendra Singh has taken 3 to 4 times appointment for the meeting, but he has failed to come or any discussion.They did their job for taking payment from the client now I need to take follow-up for the payment refund.Waiting for the hopefully payments will get refund.
