The problems with HR softwares is usually its implementation and not the software itself. We are an architectural design office of around 85 persons with lots of persons working off from the site and lot of them travel from office to sites. We found KEKA very easy to train people because of its evolved simplicity in the interface, and only asking the team member to do minimum, while providing the requisite data to monitor the attendance, leaves and also tracking the people working away from office. We have completed about 2 months of use and we are exploring and learning new helpful features very regularly. Biometric readers for punching in created stresses, where as with KEKA, we are able to successfully implement flexi timing for work at the office. I would recommend this one for its versatility to adapt to varied TIME, ATTENDANCE and LEAVES policies too, that you may wish to implement in your organisation ! 👍

I’ve been giving this app a rating of 2 to 3 but it looks like it will keep asking for a rating until it bends me to give it a 5 star rating. It’s either a bug or some kind of phsycic devotion tactic. Now that I’ve given you a 5 star rating. Stop showing up..: honestly no one likes this app cause it’s an attendance marking time tracking app for employers to track us, the employees. So there it is.
