Understand what’s working, what’s not, and how your habits evolve. We provide you with charts, graphs, and insights to help you understand your focus on a much deeper level to help you gain clarity on where you time is going so you can spend more time focusing on what matters to you. BLOCK APPS DURING SESSIONS Reduce distractions by blocking apps of your choice while a focus session is active. This helps you stay locked in and avoid breaking focus with habitual app switching. POMODORO TIMER MODE + 2 OTHER TIMER MODES (TIMER / UNLIMITED) Start focus sessions with one of our three timer modes: Unlimited, Timer, and Pomodoro. Use Pomodoro mode to break your work into structured focus and break intervals. This makes it easier to stay energized, avoid burnout, and maintain momentum throughout the day. Use Timer mode to set flexible timer durations that match your workflow. Whether you prefer short sessions or long deep-work blocks, you can set timers that fit how you focus best. Use Unlimited mode so that the session won't stop until you do. SPLIT FOCUS WITH TAGS Organize your focus sessions using tags like Deep Work, Study, Reading, or Custom categories. Tags help you understand where your time goes and let you analyze focus patterns by activity. VIEW PAST SESSIONS WITH SESSION CARDS Every completed session is saved as a session card and stored in the sessions page. Browse your past sessions to reflect on progress, revisit strong focus days, and build a catalog of all your focus. Copy & Save Focus Shareables Turn completed sessions into creative, copy-and-pasteable shareables. Save them or post them anywhere to celebrate progress, stay accountable, and inspire others. DAILY & WEEKLY FOCUS GOALS Set daily and weekly focus targets to give your work structure and direction. As you complete sessions, Focused tracks your progress in real time so you always know how close you are to hitting your goal.
