Overall, my experience with the app has been very smooth and reliable. The user interface is clean, order execution is fast, and the platform feels secure. I am genuinely happy using CoinDCX.However, to stay ahead in the competitive crypto trading market and to make the app even more user-friendly for traders, I would like to suggest a few feature improvements:🔹 Suggested Improvements1.Trailing TP/SL on ChartAdding a trailing Take Profit and Stop Loss option directly on the chart would be extremely helpful. Traders should be able to place and adjust TP/SL by dragging it on the chart, allowing it to trail with price movement.2.Close Trade Directly from ChartThere should be an option to close an open trade directly from the chart itself. Worst app for buying/trading crypto

You have plans to buy crypto and you start your research and the moment you calculate the dip and when to buy, they just put all the deposit options under maintenance, and all you can do is just stare at that graph and whine about your calculated missed opportunity. All because of the tools you used. It’s a suggestion to all the new users please look for alternatives as i have noticed they only want you to buy the peak and not the dips, thereby keeping your investments locked in for longer time.Also, if you want to move your crypto to personal wallets, such high withdrawal fees, i understand there must be the transaction fees involved but they are a fraction of the cost which these guys take. So, you cannot even move your crypto out without paying some large amounts which is a lot for smaller investors. Please guys i hope this review helps someone before you decide to use this app. “Nahi lena hai yha se Bitcoin”
Request for Enhancement of Web Trading Terminal

I would like to suggest some improvements to the Web Trading Terminal to enhance the overall user experience. It would be highly beneficial if the platform could be made more powerful and smoother in terms of performance, speed, and real-time execution. A more optimized and responsive interface would greatly support active traders.Additionally, I request you to consider adding USA stock futures to the Web Trading Terminal. Access to U.S. stock futures directly from the web platform would provide greater flexibility and help traders make more informed decisions based on global market movements.I believe these enhancements would significantly improve the trading experience and make the platform more competitive.

Difficult to add funds

Initially the app worked completely fine and it was easy and user friendly. But since 21st may till 31 May when I am writing the review I have been unable to add funds to my wallet to buy more crypto. I have written multiple complaints/ queries to them but no response. There support has been pathetic. The problem is that when you feel you want to buy and want to transfer from your account it will take 3 days if you do a bank transfer and it’s instant if you use mobiwik which ofcourse charges service fees and gst. The mobiwik option is not working properly as the banks have started to deny transfer to these wallets. So you are left with bank transfer. Now when the market is low or there is an opportunity to invest you cannot possibly wait 3 days to get the money to buy crypto the opportunity will not wait. I don’t know if the app developers realise how big a blunder this is for people wanting to trade in crypto using there app. They need sort this out asap or I don’t think this app will work in the long run.
