I got 8 likes on the first day of downloading this app, out of which only 1 got connected. So I thought of buying a premium plan, but before that I came here to check reviews. Because I’ve hardly got 1-2 likes a week on bumble etc. This made me wonder that bumble definitely has 10x or may be 100x user base than this one, then how is this even possible! I am glad that I saved myself from falling into their trap! As some reviewers mention, they send fake likes to encourage you to buy premium, and the plans start at exorbitant 2500. Almost 10x of other apps. I changed all my preferences to ‘any’ to try it out and swiped right on almost every profile, still, to my surprise I did not get a connection with any of those 7 hidden profiles, and even if I swiped left on some profiles, that count also didn’t go down. Now there are 0 profiles in ‘matches’ section, 7 in ‘received’, 20 in ‘sent’. The numbers don’t add up! Come on! You can do better. Also, I have seen exactly same copy pasted positive reviews from 2-3 different accounts. Which further proves the point that positive reviews are all fake/paid/own employees etc. Hope this review helps some of yours hard earned money!

Typical Clickbait App & Very Poor In Long RunAfter spending money on dating/marriage apps, I thought to give his app a try due to the positive reviews. I was hopeful that at least an ‘artificial intelligence’ would provide good matches. Post downloading the app, the AI bot kicked in and requested few details. In a matter a of seconds your profile is created. So, profile creation is hassle free since it fetches data from your social media accounts. Initial few days you get some good matches (similar to all other dating/marriage) apps but if you are not paid member you won’t be able to see the matches or reply to anyone. You wouldn’t even know if they are compatible to you. The maximum requests i received is 5 (for a free member). It’s been on that number since past 14 days. After that you won’t get any more matches. The daily refreshes also gives you pathetic matches and after a few days they would be completely out of scope interests. I think the AI bot gives up due to its limited potential in algorithms. Deleting the app makes more sense because it’s very typical in its psychologically calculated money making orientation. All dating/matrimony apps start off with good matches and ends up stagnating after couple of days. I had good matches for 1st two days but I know those were fake. I received them from the AI to lure me into paying money to your app. Your AI may be smart but at the end of the day the Human mind comprehends common sense better than an AI. Merci.

I bought their subscription after receiving call from their agent Mr Mansur. Then he suggest take 6 month subscription instead of 3 month. I said any difference in benefits he said no only time frame daily our team share matches with you which is relevant. I bought that package after that got to know second day itself technical glitch no matches received then i asked Mansur he shared customer support id and other numbers then i asked him you can take initiative but no efforts then I asked technical team same time 2 request received from profile and same day they load 20-25 matches. And one request is fraud after sometime she left and remove profile pic. Then i complain regarding this issue and ask for refund then they said no return policy. You do one thing change your preference then might be u get relevant response. Fake people if i wish to buy iphone then how can i opted Oppo or vivo. Approx 125 profile sent interest no response everytime give reminder to their to upload new response using abusive words too but they are like kutte ki dum. And inka Ceo pawan gupta usey bdaa harami. Chor bikhari saala. Don’t invest in this app otherwise surely regret

Long story short I am an engineer and after digging deep into the app foundation and how the backend behaves I figured out what is really going on. The moment you pay for a subscription you basically get highlighted only for the first 24 hours. That is the only window where genuine profiles actually get to see you. After that if you bought a six month plan for example your profile visibility drops off completely for the remaining duration. It is as good as a shadow ban. Your profile will not be shown to potential matches and even if you send likes or sparkles they simply do not reflect on the other person’s account.Most of the accounts on there are inactive anyway. There was a time when we had the SENT tab where we could see when a user was last online. Back then I noticed that a huge number of profiles had not been active for weeks or even months. When my plan was about to expire the customer support team was very persistent about pushing me to renew their plan. I showed them evidence of inactive accounts and honestly I feel stupid for pointing it out because shortly after that the last active feature disappeared from the Betterhalf app.Do not fall into the trap of buying the crown badge. It does absolutely nothing. And to the men who are frustrated no the issue is not you. We are the product here and their business model does not depend on you actually finding someone.I am deleting this app today.
