I had ordered a boot from AJIO and there was no cash on delivery so I paid through UPI and when I checked in my order bag it’s showing empty and I contacted the customer care of AJIO so one lady had a conversation with me and I told my problem to her and after that what she said was it had been refunded and I am shocked that I haven’t cancelled nor told to refund because I wanted the parcel and was waiting for it to be delivered so I told that girl I want my parcel but then also she said that the item has been refunded and again I said I haven’t refund nor cancelled my item again she said the money has been refunded but still the money has not been refunded till yet and I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed with this app and the lady who talked to me over the phone she behaved very rudely and I haven’t expected this type of behaviour from this app and the money has not been refunded till yet and while I was on the line talking to her she hung up the call very badly and again I am trying to contact the customer care of AJIO but no one is responding till yet..so guys please be aware of this app this app was not this before but now I’m very disheartened and my money has not been refunded till yet. Please I hope you will look after this immediately I wanted my parcel,and I haven’t cancelled nor refunded but the lady herself refunded my payment but still the money hasn’t been refunded…..

I have done a return and I attached my bank account while doing this cancellation of the order . It’s not possible to cancel a cash on delivery order with adding the bank details. After 3-4 days when I haven’t get my refund I connected to customer care service. They said I have not attached any bank details while doing this cancellation, but how could we possible that doing a cancellation of COD product without any bank details? They are just making me. Asked me to attach my bank details and the screenshot of the order and to mail on customer care mail ID provided by them by the several times, sending the mails and connected to them. They said that there is issue with your bank details. Please provide us your bank details through your email. Have done more than 40 to 50 emails, whenever I connect to customer care, they are saying th that refund is declined. Please send a mail after the all happens. They have send my refund to AJIO cash. I have several time requested them to transfer my cash to my bank account, but this is they are just giving me dates and dates more dates that it will be happen, but it’s not happening. They are just giving reasons it’s a fraud. Don’t trust this app anymore, they all make you fool. And the one more thing while doing the review on this app, they just asking to submit a detail and if you submit any of your nickname, it’s showing that this is taken by someone. Please try with an another day. This is also a scam for not showing the negative on their app.

I ordered a pair of nike flip flops and it came a size bigger so i exchanged it on the day of delivery itself, i was expecting the pickup guy on the date it was showing on the app but the pickup guy never showed up so i waited and raised a complaint and the customer care service told me to be patient as the pickup is delayed and i did so, after i again registred a complaint on the 7 th day of delivery and the same happend then 10 days passed and like before i raised a complaint again so now the customer care person said that the exchnage time period is over and the item cant be exchanged i mean i did my part by putting it for exchange on the app i also followed up with multiple complaints of my exchnage order neither being delivered nor picked up, i also tried returning the product but the customer care support isnt worth a penny they tell me to remain patient keep me on hold and cut the call from their side . It has been 20 days since my order was put on exchange then 7 days later for return but neither of them 2 has been done, this was never expected from such a big brand Being it owned by jio, i wouldnt suggest anyone to buy from Ajio and i will even circulate this incident with my circle and even if this issue isnt resolved ill be forced to go to the higher authorities and make them pay a hefty price for this, again worst customer experience, worst customer care service, my money is still stuck

And for those who are planning to use it.This is the worst app ever—avoid it at all costs, or you'll end up getting scammed. I started using this app a few weeks ago, and from the start, I disliked the interface. The products they send are nothing like what’s shown in the pictures. I placed an order worth around 3.5k, and most of the items were defective and of poor quality, so I had to return them. Here's the catch: they don’t offer exchanges, only returns, and the refund is added to your app wallet. I thought using the wallet would be quicker than a bank transfer, but that was my biggest mistake. Now, my refund is stuck in the wallet. Last week, I made another purchase for 4k, using 2.5k from my wallet, and once again, the experience was terrible. One of the items I ordered, a 3-piece set, arrived incomplete with only one piece. Since it's not a complete order, I can't return it. When I contacted customer service, which is awful by the way, they promised a resolution in six days. After seven days, I called again, and they had no updates, just told me to wait another six days. It seems like they're trying to make me miss the return window. Once this issue is resolved, I’m deleting this app and will never use it again, nor recommend it to anyone. The interface is so poorly designed that even finding customer service contact information is a hassle.I shop a lot online and have never had issues with other apps—even smaller brands like PowerLook are better than this one.
