The research is focusing on the level of following of the human rights, discrimination, common homophobia and transphobia, and also the the representation of the LGBT-society in mass media. The research is based on data from the following 9 regions of Russian Federation: Archangelskaya, Kostromskaya, Novosibirskaya, Tomskaya, Tumenskaya Oblast’s, Permsky Krai, Primorsky Krai, Komi republic and St-petersburg.
Representatives of the LGBT-society are becoming the victims of crime of hatred and incidents more and more often. In this case the reason would be the hatred and nonacceptance of the sexual orientation (homophobia) and/ or gender identity (transphobia). In other words the reason or the crime or incident would be the prejudice of a certain person against these factors, and quite often, even in cases of not being sure but supposing.
Even thought the problem of discrimination against the representatives of LGBT- society definitely exists, which fact can be confirmed by the researches of the LGBT network in Russia (data taken from 2007, 2008, 2011 years), the problem would remain hidden from the eyes of the society. This is a syndrome that should be taken into consideration, because ‘the lack of information and the real data remains the obstacle for the counter-actions’.
A systematic inquiry and documentation of discrimination and violence agains LGBT is helping to increase the common awareness of the current situation for the LGBT-society in Russia and underline the fact that the problem of the xenophobia against this group actually exists.

Yves Klein attracts me as an artistic figure, because I see a lot of similarities between his performances, artistic acts and religious rituals.
In this paper I would focus on finding the similarities between Klein’s oeuvre and the triad of the deity - the priest - the ritual. Taking in consideration the most referred theme in the artist’s works - the Void, I would make a comparison with Klein’s another regular referencing to the Law and the Authorities. In this paper I would look for the explanation of the link between the Law and the Void by researching the details of presentations and performances that would connect both the Void and the Law. I would focus mostly on the framing of the events, for example: invitation cards, placement, timing of the event, the addressee, the audience, the tools and the medium.
For Klein the dedication of each of his artwork and it’s placement would determine the value and especially the medium. Notably, for Klein, the art-process would be spread even over the elements that are traditionally considered additional in arts. Klein would melt the sacred and secular elements of the art-works together, making a shift in the register of the object: making the art-work serve as an every-day object (opposite to the the ready-mades of Duchamp), or add an artistic, transcendental meaning to the every- day object, similar process to making fetishes.
The brushes, the visitors, the invitation cards and the timing of the event would be a part of the artistic process, equally important to the art-work itself. The aim of the paper is to understand what would be the ultimate dedication of Klein’s artworks, whom or what would they would be addressed to.

The artworks chosen to represent Penone’s approach are divided by subject and material, rather then chronologically in order to closely follow the development of the concepts and variations in the outcome.
One can approach Giuseppe Penone’s works as poetry of nature. Starting in his very first artworks, the ideas of primary, natural powers and their connection to the humanity developed throughout all his masterpieces. Penone sees man as an inhabitant of earth, the one who lives within the landscape and shapes it.
Since his first works Penone speaks the convergence of a man’s gesture and nature, the outcome of the contact between both. He embodies the idea of a man conducting the earth, as the artist would influence the material.
In this essay is focused around Giuseppe Penone’s concept of relating to landscape as a primary human act. The paper is written to explain the artist’s method of communication with nature, and answer the following questions:
What is the aim of the artist?
What is the type of knowledge he seeks for? What is the value of an artwork?
Which is the method?
