Warnings: There are some songs by Christian artists (but aren't religious in nature) should that offend you for some reason. There are songs fitting for canon pairs in this should you disagree with the canon (e.g some Buzz/Jessie tracks). There are a few songs that might unintentionally come across shippy (while I may or may not ship the characters, I wanted this to be general for characters that did not blatantly get together.) Some of the songs could probably be interchangeable with other Pixar films than the ones I associated them with, tbh.

01. Captains of the Sky by Sky Sailing (Toy Story) | lyrics No specific reason for picking it beyond the fact that it reminds me of the innocence of playing as a child. Even with the lyrics not being specific to Toy Story scenes, I can still picture Toy Story scenes when listening to it. 02. All My Only Dreams by The Wonders (A Bug's Life) | lyrics Flik's POV. If it isn't obvious, Flik is hopelessly in love with Atta. 03. This Time It's Mine by Britney Christian (A Bug's Life) | lyrics Atta's POV. Throughout the movie, Princess Atta finds herself. She finds her confidence, love, etc. 04. Don't Forget by Demi Lovato (Toy Story 2) | lyrics Jessie's POV. "You never forget kids like Emily or Andy, but they forget you." 05. Read Between The Lines by KSM (Monster's Inc.) | lyrics Celia's POV. "You expect me to believe that pack of lies, Mike Wazowski?" Celia just wants to figure out why Mike's ignoring her. She thinks she's losing him. 06. You'll Be In My Heart by Phil Collins (Monster's Inc.) | lyrics Sulley's POV. Sulley will never forget Boo. She changed his world completely. (Not meant to be shippy unless you personally want to take it that way. I don't care either way.) 07. My Life Would Suck Without You by Kelly Clarkson (Finding Nemo) | lyrics Marlin and Dory are pretty much stuck with each other for better or worse. They both have their serious issues, but somehow they balance each other out. (I understand this may come across as strictly shippy, but honestly - even as just friends their lives would suck without each other.) 08. Feels Like Tonight by Daughtry (The Incredibles) | lyrics Bob Parr's POV. "I can't lose you again! I can't. Not again." Mr. Incredible realizes he was wrong to not value his life as Bob Parr. He just really wants to make it up to his family. 09. Lean On Me by Group 1 Crew (The Incredibles) | lyrics This song isn't specific, but just reminds me of The Parr family (and even the friendship with Frozone and Edna Mode). Heck it just makes me think of all of the supers period. The references to insurance, perfect team, things not going as planned, etc. make me think of The Parrs (Bob was in insurance...) |
