Registration

Registration fees: Please note that this year the DARIAH Annual Event 2026 will charge a registration fee of 100 euros for all participants, including presenting authors. An early bird rate of 85 euros is available for registrations completed by 7 April 2026.

A number of fee waivers are provided, including:

• 10 early career scholars with top-ranked paper or poster submissions who will be the presenting author at the AE. Early career scholars include pre-doctoral students as well as those within 5 years of obtaining their PhD.
• 10 scholars with top-ranked papers or posters who are the presenting author coming from Low and Middle Income Countries (LMIC) as defined by the World Bank, as well as EU Widening Countries. 

Proposals that are invited to present at the Annual Event will be required to register for the Annual Event by March 30, 2026 as their confirmation of attendance.
