Today was the kids' last day of school before Spring Break. We celebrated by heating up the pool for the first time and swimming -- works just fine. We also managed to make a decision and procure tickets for a vacation. We're flying to San Francisco Tuesday afternoon, and flying back (very) early Saturday. I think our hotel charges $10 a day for wireless internet access, so I'll probably splurge (if I can't bootleg). Any recommendations for good things to do in/near SF, good restaurants to eat at, etc., gratefully accepted. We plan to spend one day north of the city visiting nature red in tooth and claw, and two in the city proper. As far as I can remember, none of you live there, do you?

My dog fell into the pool and stinks to high heaven. I probably should give her a bath. My daughter wants to go to Space Center Houston on Sunday... eh. Still haven't opened and watched my GoF DVD.
