I'm not a social butterfly; I'm a sarcastic moth

It’s 2015. Holy crap, where does the time go? I realized I hadn’t updated my profile in two years. Figured it was time to change that. I’m a house spouse, mama to two glorious feline fur babies, cook, baker, reader, and writer. I’ve been writing for 11 years now, and though I don’t write as much as I used to, I still keep my hand in.

My fandoms include: The Bourne Legacy, Buffy, Angel, Firefly, Doctor Who(9&10), due South, The Fast and the Furious franchise, Highlander, Leverage, The Losers, Magnificent 7, the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) (this encompasses all of the movies to date: Ironman, Ironman 2, Thor, Captain America, The Avengers, etc.) NCIS, Numb3rs, Original Fiction, The Sentinel, Stargate SG-1, Torchwood, Warehouse 13, and White Collar. The majority of what I've written is in the Whedonverse, specifically Angel and Buffy, but I’m open to trying new things. I may be scared spitless, but I’ll try it.

This journal contains my writing (fanfiction, original, and poetry), recipes, random thoughts, and slices of my life. If you are offended by swears, sex between two men or two women or various combinations thereof, the supernatural, and/or irreverence towards religion, then you might not want to read my journal. If you are not offended by such then, by all means, enjoy and let me know what you think.

In the past I’ve said that much of my fic isn’t suitable for younger readers, and while that is true for some of my stuff, most of it runs towards gen or at the very least, non-graphic anymore. However, some of my posts really aren’t suitable for younger readers, or people with narrow minds and no sense of humor. Therefore, if you have not reached the age of majority in your area, or you are narrow-minded and/or have no sense of humor, then please skip reading my journal. Thank you.

This journal is a place for me to be honest and open. If you disagree with something I’ve written, that is your right, but don’t expect me to apologize for what I think or how I feel.
