Welcome to my Ancient and Medieval wargaming site. My aim with this site is to support wargaming of these periods using the De Bellis Antiquitatis (DBA) rules. I find these rules to provide a balance that resonates with me between historical representation while providing an enjoyable game. Armies can be small and allow battles between historical opponents to be easily represented. For those wishing a larger game the armies can be scaled up.

As well as a summary of a selection of my own games I hope to provide occasional supporting article including building armies of the period including painting projects.
