Flinging all the Spring: My springfling recs
I've been procrastinating writing my spn-bigbang this week by reading some really wonderful springy
spnspringfling fics! So far I've only dipped into the Sam/Dean ones, and here are a few of my faves so far:
Awash in Flame - (Sam/Dean, PG-13)
Dean pines for Sam after he leaves for Stanford. Finally, he picks up the phone. I love angsty Stanford-era Wincest! This one almost made me cry, but it's got a happy ending, so.
Love You Wild - (Sam/Dean, NC-17)
Hot, lounging-by-the-lake weecest (Sam is 16). Delicious.
Three Sheets and Counting - (Sam/Dean, R)
Sam and Dean are pretty funny when they try to drink each other under the table. This had me laughing out loud more than once, which is something I know I could use more of these days!
Will the Circle Be Unbroken - (Sam/Dean, T)
Dean is in Heaven, Sam is in Hell. There is nothing they won't do to be together again. I loved this. It's so much that I love about the Winchesters and their soul-bond, with lovely, well-written prose that jumps off the page (screen) and hits smack in the feels.
That's it for now -- I need to get back to work! But I'm looking forward to reading (and trying to guess who wrote what (that's half the fun!) before the reveals.
