What does PFC mean?
Power Factor Correction (PFC) is a technique of counteracting the undesirable effects of electric loads that create a power factor that is less than 1, (or unity). Power Factor is a measure of how effectively incoming power is used in your business and is defined as the ratio of the active (in other words, usable) power in kilowatts (kW) to the total (active and reactive) power in kilovolt amperes (kVA).
