2026 rates
The AMOS Conference is hybrid with in-person and virtual attendance. All registrants have access to the virtual platform up to 6-months post-event plus a copy of the digital proceedings.
WAITLIST: Increased demand to attend the AMOS Conference has led to the early closing of in-person registration and start of a waitlist. This helps us filter and prioritize in-person presenters and others with pre-arranged passes. Go to Register to join the waitlist or select virtual participation.
We will be evaluating the waitlist on an ongoing basis and will notify affected individuals as soon as we are able to do so. This process may take until July/August.
Do not book hotel and flights until you are assured of a registration pass. Virtual registration is available but does not permit access to onsite activities.
To register for another individual or group and pay with one credit card – use Group Registration
In-person registration includes conference admission, plus access to the virtual platform. Breakfast and lunch is included with full registrations, Wed-Fri. Light refreshments are served at the networking receptions Tues-Fri.

*EMER-GEN® Participant rate is for those who have registered for the 2026 EMER-GEN Program – separate registration required for EMER-GEN.
**Student rate is for undergraduate and graduate students, without full-time employment, who are pursuing a STEM related degree at an accredited college or university.
Maui Economic Development Board does not sell its attendee list to third parties. If you receive an email solicitation regarding the AMOS Conference list, please do not respond as it may be a phishing exercise and is an inaccurate representation by the third party.
Refund and Substitution Policy
Refunds processed for changing of payment card or type will be charged a $20 credit card fee.
Cancellations prior to August 14, 2026 will receive a full refund less $100 processing fee. No fees will be refunded after this date or for no-shows. Last day to substitute a registration, or transfer to a virtual registration is September 8, 2026.
Technical Short Courses
The AMOS Conference technical short courses are selected for their relevance to the technical community. The small size of each class gives you an excellent opportunity for personalized instruction and provides opportunities for working professionals to upgrade their technical job skills and remain abreast of recent developments in their respective fields of interest.

Digital Proceedings are included with registrations. Purchase proceedings as a digital download.
