Travis : Okay, yeah. I feel like, you know, from your previous two albums, you've always been intentional, and open with who you are. But something about this new era, I mean, it just feels, it feels more mature, when maturity comes freedom. Talk to me about this evolution for you, in your lyrics, and your production, and your visuals.
トラヴィス：そうだね。君はこれまで2枚のアルバムで、常に意識的で、ありのままの自分をオープンに表現してきたように感じるよ。でも、新しい時代は何か、より成熟した感じがするよね。成熟とは、自由を伴うものなんだ。歌詞、プロダクション、そしてビジュアルにおける、君自身の進化について、聞かせてもらえる？
Sivan : I think it's really just like um... Thank you so much, by the way. But I think it's like reflective of um...like growth as a person. You know what I mean? When I started, I was like a kid essentially, and I think that um...there's something really kind of sweet about that, when I go back and listen to like, you know, 'Blue Neighborhood' or something like that. I can hear my young self in it. And you know, it's nice to go back and listen to.

I think maybe because um...maybe because, I'm like, I don't know, because things I'm really just happy. I don't feel like I need a whole lot. So I'm like, I'm just like doing the stuff that I actually want to do. And the like kind of lifestyle is so much better now than it was.

Sivan : I Really attribute it to, I think, Australia, and like my family, you know, um just yeah, I just don't know what more, I could like, want really. I know that if anything like, if everyone wants to go to, I can go to Australia, and just like chill, and be with my family, and everything would be totally fine. So when you feel like, you know, like no one can take that away from me. So then, the rest of this is just like fun and a bonus. And um, yeah.

Sivan : There's one on there. That's like my favorite song on the album, um that I'm just so excited for people to hear it. And I'm curious about it's one of those ones where you can't like I said you can never predict if something's gonna like work or not. And even though that doesn't matter to me, especially not with that song, I'm just curious, I'm like, I'm really really excited for people to hear that one. For me, it's probably the song that I'm like most proud of in my whole discography. Yeah. Wow. Yeah. I think so.

Sivan : Yeah, it changes. It changes, and to be honest, I don't listen to my own music that much except when I'm making it. But I love 'Dance to This' with Ariana. First of all, I can't believe that Ariana is on the song, like that's still kind of a cool thing to me. And then, also just, I just really like the song. I love all the melodies. I think the bridge is really cool. I think the vibe is just kind of interesting. And I can't remember what our like references were that day. So, for me, there's like this thing of like, oh, where did we get that, like that's kind of cool, you know. So it's been long enough now, where I've kind of like forgotten it. And I have almost like fresh ears on it.

The tour is in support of Sivan’s acclaimed album ‘Something To Give Each Other’, which was released back in October. The record ? Sivan’s first in five years ? scored the Australian a glowing five-star review from Nick Levine for NME. Levine wrote: “It’s a strikingly vital pop album charged with love, lust, sweat and regret. You won’t need a bosh of poppers to feel thoroughly intoxicated.”
Hailed by The Guardian as "one of this year's best and most distinctive pop albums" and celebrated by Rolling Stone as "a pristine slice of pop heaven," the Something to Give Each Other Tour is destined to be Sivan 's biggest, boldest and brightest tour.
Sivan’s 17-date run will begin in Portugal on May 29, 2024, before continuing throughout Europe. Sivan arrives in the UK on June 22 at the Manchester AO Arena; the tour will conclude in Birmingham.Tickets for the shows go on sale on December 8 at 9am.

Both videos went viral. And then, so did he. Time magazine named him one of the 25 most influential teens of 2014. He walked in Hedi Slimane’s fall 2015 Saint Laurent menswear show. By 2016, he had over 4 million YouTube subscribers and was reportedly making upwards of six figures in sponsorships. “At that point,” he says, “I was just along for the ride.”

Sivan’s eight-minute, 17-second coming-out video is a rare thing, equal parts star power and vulnerable humanity. He had promised himself he would come out before signing a record deal, knowing it was the only way he could write music that would be completely honest. When pressed, he now says he briefly wondered if it might have lost him some young, infatuated female fans, but he “had no other choice.
