Shipping Information

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship worldwide from our St. Louis, Missouri USA area warehouse. Shipping cost is displayed on the checkout page and depends on the number of items in cart, their weight, shipping address and shipping speed. We have negotiated rates with several shipping carriers which makes our shipping cost fairly competitive. Please note, we can only process the shipment of an order once full payment has been received. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email which will include tracking information for your products.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

For shipping to US & Canada, we use UPS for most items and USPS for small and light items. For overseas shipping, we use both DHL and UPS. If you have a carrier preference or would like to use other carriers such as FEDEX or EMS, please let us know in your order notes on the checkout page.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS

We ship worldwide from our Missouri, USA warehouse. However, please note that shipping to certain countries may be subject to international regulations and restrictions. You can confirm if we ship to your country by entering in the receiver information at checkout. If the country is not in the drop down menu we likely do not offer service to this location.

For international shipments, the customer is liable for any customs, brokerage, VAT & other import-related duties and taxes. We offer a DDP Shipping option where import-related charges are prepaid by the customer. DDP shipping avoids any payment-related delays at customs and also prevents any unexpected charges after purchase. DDP Shipping can be requested by clicking on the ‘DDP Shipping’ check box on the checkout page. DDP shipping option is only visible on checkout page upon selecting a shipping address located outside the United States.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Occasionally packages are returned to us undelivered. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment. If you refuse delivery of the product you will be liable for the cost of resending the parcel as well as storage fees. Please be noted that upon delivery of the products to the carrier, it shall be deemed completion of our delivery, and the title and the risks of damage and loss of the products shall be transferred to you. We do not accept any refund requests in case of failure of customs clearance.

SHIPPING CUTOFF TIMES

For most items, order handling time is specified on the product listing page, which supersedes the following.

GROUND SHIPPING: Orders are shipped the next business day. 
EXPRESS ORDERS: Overnight and Express Shipping orders for in-stock items are shipped out the same day if received by 1 PM CST. Orders received after 1 PM will ship out the following business day.

HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

As long as UPS is operating, our team will continue packing and shipping orders without interruption. UPS is closed on the following holidays, and shipments will not depart on these days: New Year’s Day (January 1), Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Independence Day (July 4), Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day (December 25). Orders placed during these closures will be processed and shipped on the next available business day.
