Our logo was born right at home—literally. When our designer came over to talk ideas, he was greeted by Gunnar, our Norwegian Elkhound pup at the time. He was in full mischief mode, proudly chewing on one of our tools. That moment sparked the concept: a strong, loyal dog with a hammer in his mouth. It stuck. Alpha dog. Alpha Developments. A symbol of grit, loyalty, and building things that last.

We’ve got a strong team ready to go. Whether you’re starting with a blank slate or need help refining an idea, we offer access to an engineer, interior designer, and a blueprint draftsperson who understand how to bring a project from concept to completion.
