Prof. Dr Yasser Tarshany  Dean, Faculty of Islamic Sciences, Fiqh & Usul Fiqh Department, Faculty of Islamic Sciences, Editor in Chief for International Journal (Majmaa) and MEDIU Senate Member, Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU), Malaysia.
He has more than 50 academic articles in international scientific journals, more than 40 participation in international seminars and conferences in Arabic and English and more than 6 books and 18 chapters in books He Worked in several positions, for example: Deputy Dean of the faculty of Islamic Sciences at Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU), Malaysia, Director of MEDIU Centre of Excellence, Head of the subjects bank, Member of the Examination and Question Review Committee, member of the Committee for Conferences and Seminars, Chairman of the Seminars and Conferences Committee, Member and Secretary of MEDIU’s promotion (Professorship), Deputy of the Preparatory Committee for the Third International Conference on Islamic Studies and Emerging Issues at the Faculty of Islamic Sciences, Head of the Public Relations Committee for the  first International Conference on Islamic Studies and Emerging Issues, Chairman of  Academic Excellence Committee, Consultant member of MEDIU Centre for courses, training and consultancy, Member of the Research and Scientific Projects Committee, Member of the Quality and Curriculum Development Committee, Member of the Foreign Relations and Visits Committee, Member of the scientific Advisory Committee in more than 5 international Advisory Committee, He  is a Member of the Committee for scientific research in more than 30 international scientific journals in Arabic and English, He Attended more than 250 seminars, workshops  and training courses, organized more than 30 seminars and conferences, He chaired more than 25 scientific sessions at international conferences and seminars, He taught 30 academic subjects at Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU) Malaysia; Fiqh, Principles of Islamic jurisprudence (Usual Al Fiqh), Objectives of Islam (Maqasid al-Shariah), Islamic Legal Maxims (Qawaid Fiqhiyya), Contemporary Fiqh Issues, Fiqh of the family, Fiqh Al-Muamalat, Tarikh Al-Qadhi , Tafsir, Hadith, Aqidah and others In the bachelor's and master's levels  He  is an Arbitration of refereed articles in several scientific journals reached more than 100 scientific research in several international refereed scientific journals in Malaysia, Brunei, Iraq, India, Turkey, Algeria, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and others, He Supervised more than 25 scientific researches in the master and doctoral degrees, He  is the representative of the Faculty of Islamic Sciences in arbitration of scientific researches in more than 60 scientific researches, He Supervised Viva  Postgraduates Theses examination  and Representative of the Faculty of Islamic Sciences for students at the PhD and Masters degrees theses from  more than 29 nationalities, including: Malaysia, Indonesia, Jordan, Libya, Sudan, Egypt, Yemen, Kenya, Syria, Pakistan,  Nigeria, Morocco, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Senegal, Palestine, Comoros, Canada, Somalia, Emirates, Algeria, Niger, Mali, Qatar, Bahrain, Mauritania, China and Thailand. He has more than 10  years of academic teaching experience at the university He was the best member in Faculty of Islamic Sciences Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU) Malaysia 2016/ 2017
