Allia C&C is a financial services firm focused on debt advisory and brokerage, majority owned by a charitable foundation and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority as an advisor and broker dealer. We’re members of the London Stock Exchange (“LSE”) with unique experience of Retail Eligible Bonds (Access Bonds).
Operating from offices in London, Cambridge and Glasgow, we combine deep technical knowledge of fixed income markets with sector-specific understanding to deliver solutions that work for our clients’ unique circumstances. We are also experts in Access Bonds, the LSE’s new category of retail eligible listed bonds.
For borrowers, we provide tailored advice on treasury, modelling, debt structuring and execution – covering bank debt, bonds, private placements and derivatives. This is supported by expanding and creating proprietary debt structures designed for specific client requirements. We advise charitable and commercial businesses in a range of sectors including social housing, social care, education, financial services, real estate and other purpose-driven organisations.
For investors, we offer a wide range of broking and custody services in treasury bills, gilts and corporate bonds, as well as opportunities for direct investment in impact projects. We are also experts in retail distribution in the primary markets, with over 10 years experience leading small denomination bonds (Access Bonds).
