Staff friendly and very helpful; pool little limited; food good; room fine though beds uncomfortable; signage to places difficult to find (eg gym and pool).

Would have liked the option to upgrade room as the z bed we were given for a room shared by 3 adults. This was reported on 3 occasions with no follow up.

One night stay in Capt room, which had a sea view. Room was great but a little hard to find. The elevator closest to our room wasn't working. We did the tour of the boat which was good but a little hard to understand (accent). Some of the information given in the tour was incorrect - we fact checked it afterwards. Had dinner at Lido Restaurant which was fine - typical buffet. We went to look at the Pavilion Restaurant but it was cold dark and deserted...apart from the one guy manning the bar. The pub quiz/bingo was great fun! Breakfast at Lido was okay. They provided gluten free bread for my wife but nothing else. Checkin and out was slow. They need more people on the desks or a quicker process. Overall we really enjoyed our stay but there is room for improvement.
