Why was I charged?
If you’ve received a charge on your bank or credit card statement and have a question, please contact us with your transaction ID. Your bank or credit card statements will list a transaction ID that looks like one of the following:

You may also be able to call your bank or credit card company for this information. You can provide this transaction ID to Akismet Support to help us find and identify the charge.
Use WPCHRG for search or to inquire
Additionally, you can search for more general information about a charge or send a billing inquiry using wpchrg.com, using the same transaction ID on your banking statement.
If no charge is found, you’ll be given the option to contact us.
