Can I receive a refund?

If for any reason, you’re not satisfied with your Akismet plan, we will issue a full refund no questions asked.

Refund timeframes

These are our refund timeframes: 

  • Yearly Plans: Yearly plans are eligible for a full refund if requested within 14 days of purchase.
  • Monthly Plans: Monthly plans are eligible for a full refund of the current month’s charges within 7 days of purchase. 

If your plan falls outside our refund timeframes, you may still cancel your plan, but you will not be eligible for a refund.

My subscription was renewed using the wrong payment method

If your subscription was just renewed using a card you no longer want to use, don’t worry — you can cancel your current subscription and repurchase it with your preferred payment method.

If you’re still within the refund window, we’ll automatically issue a full refund when you cancel.

If you are outside the refund window or if your plan is no longer available for purchase at akismet.com/plans, please contact Akismet support.
