My PhD thesis is on Integrated Approach for Content Based Remote Sensing Image Retrieval Using Colour, Texture and Spectral Feature Descriptors. In this Temporal Remote Sensing Images of LISS III satellite of Bhopal is taken. As the size of image is very huge thus image is split into the size of 128x128. Colour features like HSV and RGB based on different bands are extracted. Texture features like Grey Level Co-occurrence matrix, Gabor and Haar wavelet are extracted. Spectral Feature like NDVI is calculated. Then clustering of these images using their feature is done using K-mean and Wave Clustering. Then ensemble of these two clustering method is done. Finally retrieval of similar images using Euclidean Distance method is done. This work is done in Matlab 2007 for image processing and clustering. Enhancement of Satellite image and NDVI feature is done using Illwis Software. Total 20000 Images of Size 128x128 is taken. Data is stored in Oracle 8i. This work is helpful in change detection of any area using remote sensing images.
My doctoral candidate has worked on Association Rule mining based Finger Print Recognition. In this feature extraction of 1000 Thumb impression taken in 4 angles thus taking 4000 images is done. Then Classification of these images using Support Vector Machine and Naivye Bayes method. Finally association rules were generated using features using FP Growth Tree method. Finally Images get recognised with 80-90 percent accuracy. This work is carried in Matlab 2012.
I had done research project on Environmental Monitoring Using Internet of Things in Ujjain Sinhasth in May-June 2017. In this various gases like Carbon monoxide, Carbon di oxide, Ammonia and Sulphur with noise are consider as Environmental Parameters. Sensors of these gases and microphone are used with arduino microcontroller. These devices are fitted in different location near to ghats in Ujjain for getting real time alarm in any disaster condition. This project costs Rs. 5 Lac. Later on Data analytics is done for the one month data sheet.
I am setting an IoT Lab in the AISECT University which is the first lab of MP. Smart Lab and Smart Parking Projects are the upcoming projects in this.
New Courses on M.Tech in Data Sciences & M.Tech in Financial Engineering are introduced in AISECT University Bhopal from July 2017
My research scholars are working on network Security, Vehicular Network, Wireless Sensor Networks and Internet of Things.









Reasearch Plan:
1. Setting up Internet of Things Lab. Conduct basic and advance courses in the area. Projects taken on Smart Campus, Smart Class room etc.
