Once a month the ASF Board of Directors meets to review reports submitted by the various software projects encompassed within the Foundation. The board also monitors PMC membership, ensures overall project health, and oversees Foundation-wide business.

ASF members are welcome to attend meetings. If you wish to participate, you can add your name to the "guests" list in the roll call section of the board agenda for the meeting you wish to join. Alternatively, you can simply drop into the conference call and announce yourself during the roll call portion of the meeting.
