WP Post Ratings is a simple and effective plugin to allow users to rate WordPress posts. With Advanced Form Integration (AFI), you can automate workflows based on user ratings — like updating CRMs, sending notifications, or storing the rating data in spreadsheets.

📤 Data Sent on Trigger

When a user rates a post, AFI captures and sends the following data:

  • User ID

  • Post ID

  • Post Title

  • Rating Value

  • Rating Date

  • User Email (if available)

⚙️ How to Set Up Integration

  1. Navigate to AFI > Add New in your WordPress dashboard.

  2. Choose Trigger Platform: WP Post Ratings.

  3. Select the trigger:

    • Post Rated

  4. Pick your desired Action Platform (e.g., Google Sheets, Slack, Email tools).

  5. Map the rating fields to the corresponding fields in your target platform.

  6. Click Save to activate the integration.
