WP Booking Calendar is a popular plugin for managing appointment bookings and reservations in WordPress. With the Advanced Form Integration (AFI) plugin, you can automatically send booking data to external platforms whenever a booking is approved or cancelled.

AFI collects and sends relevant booking data when a booking is approved or cancelled:

  • Booking ID

⚙️ How to Set Up Integration

  1. Go to AFI > Add New in your WordPress dashboard.

  2. Set Trigger Platform to WP Booking Calendar.

  4. Choose your Action Platform (e.g., Mailchimp, Google Sheets, Zoho CRM).
