Ultimate Member is a powerful user profile and membership plugin for WordPress. It allows you to manage user roles, access control, registration workflows, and more. With the Advanced Form Integration (AFI) plugin, you can automate workflows by sending user data to third-party apps when a user account is approved or deactivated.

📤 Data Sent on Trigger

The fields sent to your selected platform depend on the specific event type:

➤ User Account Approved

Field	Description
User ID	WordPress user ID
User Email	Registered email address
First Name	User’s first name
Last Name	User’s last name
Display Name	Public name shown on profile

➤ User Account Marked as Inactive

Field	Description
User ID	WordPress user ID
User Email	Registered email address
Deactivation Reason	Reason provided during deactivation

⚙️ How to Set Up Integration

In your WordPress dashboard, go to AFI > Add New.
Choose Ultimate Member as the Trigger Platform.
Select a trigger event like User Account Approved.
Choose your Action Platform (e.g., Mailchimp, Google Sheets, etc.).
Map the Ultimate Member fields to the destination fields.
Save the integration and test it by triggering the related event in Ultimate Member.

🛠 Troubleshooting Tips

Ensure Ultimate Member is installed and active.
Test the trigger by manually approving or deactivating a user.
Check the AFI > Logs page if data isn’t being sent — look for errors or missing values.
