With AFI, you can automate actions based on key learning events like course enrollment, quiz attempts, lesson completion, and full course completion — seamlessly connecting your e-learning platform with marketing tools, CRMs, spreadsheets, and more.

Course ID Unique ID of the course

Max Students Maximum enrollment allowed
Course Duration Duration of the course
Course Level Level (e.g., Beginner, Intermediate)
Course Benefits Benefits outlined in the course
Course Requirements Requirements outlined

Attempt Started/Ended At Timing details
Passing Grade Required grade to pass
Result Status Status of the result (pass/fail)
Student Info Name, Email, ID, etc.

⚙️ How to Set Up Integration

  1. Navigate to AFI > Add New from the WordPress dashboard.

  2. Choose Tutor LMS as the Trigger Platform.

  3. Select one of the supported events (e.g., Course Enrolled).

  4. Choose your Action Platform (e.g., MailerLite, Slack, Google Sheets).

  5. Map fields between Tutor LMS and the destination platform.

  6. Save the integration and test by performing the related LMS action.
