💡 Use Case Ideas

  • Add users to a mailing list when they complete a course.

  • Log all quiz attempts to Google Sheets.

  • Create custom workflows in your CRM when students complete lessons.

  • Trigger certificates or badges through a third-party app.

🛠 Troubleshooting Tips

  • Ensure Sensei LMS is properly installed and active.

  • The course, lesson, or quiz must be completed by a real user (not admin/test account).

  • Check AFI > Logs to confirm data is being sent.

  • If something isn’t working, double-check your trigger selection and field mappings.
