Groundhogg is a powerful marketing automation plugin for WordPress. With Advanced Form Integration (AFI), you can connect Groundhogg with hundreds of external platforms β€” such as CRMs, email marketing tools, Google Sheets, and more β€” whenever specific user actions occur in Groundhogg.

πŸ”” Supported Triggers

AFI currently supports the following Groundhogg trigger:

Trigger Key Description
Tagg Added Fires when a tag is added to a contact

Β

This trigger lets you automate workflows the moment a tag is applied to a contact within Groundhogg.

πŸ“‹ Available Fields

When the tagAdded trigger is fired, the following fields are available to map:

Field Key Label
user_id User ID
user_email User Email
tag_id Tag ID
tag_name Tag Name

Β

These values can be sent to any connected platform using AFI’s mapping system.

βœ… Setup Instructions

  1. Go to AFI > Add New Integration.

  2. Select Groundhogg as the Trigger Platform.

  3. Choose the trigger Tag added to user.

  4. Select your Action Platform (e.g., Webhook, Mailchimp, Airtable, etc.).

  5. Map Groundhogg fields to the corresponding fields in the destination app.
