Fluent Forms

Fluent Forms is a powerful and user-friendly form builder plugin for WordPress developed by WPManageNinja. With Advanced Form Integration (AFI), you can automatically send Fluent Form submissions to hundreds of third-party platforms like CRMs, email marketing tools, spreadsheets, and more.

🔔 Trigger Type

AFI supports Form Submission as the trigger event for Fluent Forms:

• Form Submitted – Fires when any user submits a Fluent Form.

There’s no need to add special shortcodes or hooks—AFI automatically listens to Fluent Forms’ submission process and collects the data.

📋 Field Mapping

AFI will detect and allow mapping for the following types of Fluent Form fields:

✅ Free Plan Support

If you’re using the free version of AFI:

• Name Field (First, Middle, Last)

• Email Field

These are sufficient for basic CRM or email list automation.

💼 AFI Pro Plan Support

If you are on a Professional plan, you’ll be able to map:

• Text Input

• Number Input

• Dropdowns

• Radio Buttons

• Checkboxes

• Phone Number

• URL

• Date Picker

• Country Selector

• File Upload

• Address Fields (Split into Line 1, Line 2, City, State, Zip, Country)

• Payment Fields (including Stripe, PayPal, Quantity, and Subscription components)

The field labels will automatically appear in the mapping interface.

✅ Setup Instructions

1. Go to AFI > Add New Integration.

2. Choose Fluent Forms as the Trigger Platform.

3. Select your Fluent Form (title will be listed).

4. Choose your Action Platform (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.).

5. Map Fluent Form fields to the destination fields.

6. Save the integration.

7. Submit a test form to verify data flow.

🧪 Debug & Logs

• Visit AFI > Logs to inspect submission data and troubleshooting errors.

• Make sure the Fluent Form has the required fields if the destination platform expects them.

📝 Special Notes

• You can enable Job Queue for large forms or slow APIs. AFI will process them asynchronously.
