FluentBooking is an advanced appointment scheduling plugin by WPManageNinja. With Advanced Form Integration (AFI), you can connect FluentBooking events to hundreds of other platforms and automate your workflows when a booking is made, completed, or cancelled.

🔔 Supported Triggers

AFI currently supports the following triggers for FluentBooking:

  • Booking Scheduled – Fires immediately when a booking is confirmed.

  • Booking Completed – Fires when the booked event is marked as completed.

  • Booking Cancelled – Fires when a user or admin cancels a booking.

📋 Available Fields

Each trigger will pass booking-related data to the connected platform. Here are the fields available:

  • Booking ID

  • Calendar ID

  • Event ID

  • Person Time Zone

  • Location Type

  • Location Description

  • Start Time

  • End Time

  • Slot Minutes

  • Status (e.g., scheduled, cancelled, completed)

  • Event Type

  • Cancelled By

These fields are collected from the booking object and its associated calendar slot.

✅ How to Set It Up

  1. Navigate to AFI > Add New Integration.

  2. Choose FluentBooking as the Trigger Platform.

  3. Select your desired trigger (e.g., Booking Scheduled).

  4. Choose your Action Platform (e.g., Google Sheets, Mailchimp, etc.).

  5. Map the FluentBooking fields to the appropriate destination fields.

  6. Save and test your integration.
