Overview

The AFI plugin allows you to connect your WordPress forms with Zoho Sheet, enabling automatic entry of form submissions into your spreadsheets. When someone submits your form, their data is added as a new row in the selected worksheet.

This integration is perfect for lead tracking, data logging, contact collection, and survey response storage.

🔧 How To Setup

Step 1: Get Your Zoho Client ID and Secret

  1. Visit the Zoho API Console

  2. Click Add Client, choose Server-based Applications

  3. Enter a name and your website URL

  4. In Authorized Redirect URIs, paste the redirect URI provided in AFI settings

  5. Click Create to generate the Client ID and Client Secret

  6. Copy both values

Step 2: Connect Zoho Sheet in AFI

  1. Go to AFI → Settings → Zoho Sheet

  2. Paste the Client ID and Client Secret

  3. Choose the correct Data Center (e.g., zoho.com, zoho.eu)

  4. Click Authorize

✅ Your Zoho Sheet account is now connected!

🛠 Step-by-Step Integration

Step 3: Create a New Integration

  1. Go to AFI → Add New

  2. Give your integration a name like “Save Form Data to Zoho Sheet”

🔹 Trigger

  • Form Provider: Select your form plugin (e.g., Elementor, WPForms)

  • Form Name: Choose the form you want to connect

Step 4: Configure the Action

  • Platform: Zoho Sheet

  • Task: Add new record

Step 5: Map Fields

After choosing the task:

Select Workbook

Choose the Zoho Sheet workbook where the data should be saved.

Select Worksheet

Pick the worksheet within the workbook where rows should be added.

Field Mapping

Map the worksheet columns with your form fields.

Use the dropdown to connect each Zoho column to a form field.

Step 6: Save Integration

Click Save Integration.

🎉 Done! Your form submissions will now be saved to the selected Zoho Sheet.

🔍 Troubleshooting

🔹 Workbook or Worksheet Not Loading

  • Ensure your Zoho account is connected

  • Refresh the integration settings or reauthorize the connection

🔹 Data Not Appearing in Sheet

  • Confirm field mappings are correct

  • Ensure the worksheet has headers in the first row

  • Check AFI → Log for API errors

🔹 Authorization Fails

  • Check that Client ID/Secret are correct

  • Ensure you’ve used the right redirect URI in Zoho API Console

  • Reconnect using the correct Data Center
