Zoho Sheet
Overview
The AFI plugin allows you to connect your WordPress forms with Zoho Sheet, enabling automatic entry of form submissions into your spreadsheets. When someone submits your form, their data is added as a new row in the selected worksheet.
This integration is perfect for lead tracking, data logging, contact collection, and survey response storage.

๐ง How To Setup
Step 1: Get Your Zoho Client ID and Secret

Visit the Zoho API Console

Click Add Client, choose Server-based Applications

Enter a name and your website URL

In Authorized Redirect URIs, paste the redirect URI provided in AFI settings

Click Create to generate the Client ID and Client Secret

Copy both values
Step 2: Connect Zoho Sheet in AFI

Go to AFI โ Settings โ Zoho Sheet

Paste the Client ID and Client Secret

Choose the correct Data Center (e.g.,
zoho.com,zoho.eu) -
Click Authorize
โ Your Zoho Sheet account is now connected!
๐ Step-by-Step Integration
Step 3: Create a New Integration

Go to AFI โ Add New

Give your integration a name like โSave Form Data to Zoho Sheetโ

Form Provider: Select your form plugin (e.g., Elementor, WPForms)

Form Name: Choose the form you want to connect
Step 4: Configure the Action

Platform: Zoho Sheet
-
Task: Add new record
Step 5: Map Fields
After choosing the task:
Select Workbook
Choose the Zoho Sheet workbook where the data should be saved.
Select Worksheet
Pick the worksheet within the workbook where rows should be added.
Field Mapping
Map the worksheet columns with your form fields.
Use the dropdown to connect each Zoho column to a form field.
Step 6: Save Integration
Click Save Integration.
๐ Done! Your form submissions will now be saved to the selected Zoho Sheet.

Refresh the integration settings or reauthorize the connection
