Overview
The AFI plugin lets you connect your WordPress forms with Zendesk Sell, allowing you to automatically create new leads when someone submits a form.
This is ideal for sales lead generation, CRM enrichment, and contact management workflows.

π§ How To Setup
Step 1: Get Your Zendesk Sell Access Token
To connect your Zendesk Sell account:

Log in to your Zendesk Sell account.

Go to Settings β Integrations β OAuth β Access Tokens

Create a new Access Token and copy it.
Step 2: Connect Zendesk Sell in AFI

Go to AFI β Settings β Zendesk Sell
-
Paste your Access Token
-
Click Save Changes
Your Zendesk Sell account is now successfully connected!
Step 3: Create a New Integration

Go to AFI β Add New
-
Give your integration a name like βSend Leads to Zendesk Sellβ

Form Provider: Choose your form plugin (e.g., WPForms, Elementor, Contact Form 7)

Form Name: Select the form you want to connect
Step 4: Configure the Action

Platform: Select Zendesk Sell
-
Task: Choose Create New Lead
Step 5: Select Account & Map Fields
Once you select the action, youβll see:
Zendesk Sell Account
Choose the connected account from the dropdown.
Field Mapping
Map the following fields to your form inputs:

Use the dropdown to connect each Zendesk field with a corresponding form field on your site.
Step 6: Save Integration
Click Save Integration.
π Done! Now every form submission will automatically create a lead in your Zendesk Sell account.
π Troubleshooting
πΉ Token Not Working

Double-check that the access token is copied correctly

Go back to Settings β Access Tokens in Zendesk Sell and regenerate it if needed
πΉ Fields Not Loading

Make sure a valid account is selected
-
Refresh the page and try again
πΉ Lead Not Created
-
Ensure required fields like Email are properly mapped
-
Check for API errors under AFI β Log
