Overview
The AFI plugin enables seamless integration between your WordPress forms and SalesHandy, allowing you to automatically add prospects to specific sequence steps in your Saleshandy account.
This is ideal for automating cold email outreach and lead nurturing.

🔧 How To Setup
Step 1: Get Your API Key
To connect your Saleshandy account:

Log in to your Saleshandy account.

Go to Settings → API Key.

Click Create API Key.

Copy the generated token.
Step 2: Connect Saleshandy in AFI

Go to
AFI → Settings → Saleshandy -
Paste the Bearer Token (API Key) into the field

Click Save Changes
That’s it! You’re now connected.
Step 3: Create a New Integration

Go to
AFI → Add New -
Provide a Title (e.g., “Add Webinar Leads to Saleshandy”)
🔹 Trigger
-
Form Provider: Select your form plugin (WPForms, Gravity Forms, etc.)

Form Name: Choose the form you want to integrate
Step 4: Configure the Action

Platform: Select Saleshandy
-
Task: Choose Add Prospect to Sequence
This will allow the form data to be sent as a new prospect into your selected Saleshandy sequence step.
Step 5: Map Fields
After selecting the task, click Get Fields to load fields from Saleshandy.
You’ll see:

Select the connected API credential -
🔹 Sequence
Select the sequence and step to assign the new prospect to -
🔹 Field Mapping
Map each Saleshandy field (like Email, Name, Phone, etc.) to form fields
Each field is listed on the left (from Saleshandy) — use the dropdowns to map your form fields on the right.
Step 6: Save Integration
Click Save Integration at the bottom of the screen.
🎉 Now, every time someone submits the form, they’ll be added to your Saleshandy sequence as a prospect.
🔍 Troubleshooting
If something doesn’t work as expected, try the following:
🔹 API Key Not Working

Ensure the token is copied correctly from Saleshandy

Tokens expire or may be revoked — try generating a new one
🔹 Sequences Not Showing

Make sure the correct Saleshandy Account is selected

The connected account must have active sequences with valid steps
🔹 Fields Not Loading

Click Get Fields again after selecting account

Ensure your Saleshandy API key has permission to access sequence fields
🔹 Prospect Not Added

Go to
AFI → Logand review the request/response logs -
Check if required fields like Email are missing or improperly mapped

Validate that the selected sequence step is active
