Overview

The AFI plugin lets you automatically add new contacts to your Enormail mailing lists when a form is submitted. It’s a simple and powerful way to automate your email list growth.

🔧 How To Setup

Step 1: Connect Your Enormail Account

Before using Enormail, you need to save your API Key in AFI settings.

🛠️ To do this:

1. Go to AFI → Settings → General

2. Enable Enormail and click Save Changes

3. A new tab named Enormail will appear — click it

4. Enter your API Key

5. Click Save Changes

📌 Where to find API Key:

• Log in to your Enormail account

• Go to API Settings

• Copy the API Key

Step 2: Create a New Integration

1. Go to AFI → Add New

2. You’ll land on the New Integration screen

🔹 Title

Give your integration a name (e.g., “Enormail Newsletter Signup”)

🔹 Trigger

• Form Provider: Select your form plugin (Elementor, WPForms, etc.)

• Form Name: Choose the specific form

Step 3: Configure the Action

🔹 Platform

Select Enormail

🔹 Task

Choose Add Subscriber

Step 4: Map Fields

Once you select the task, a set of additional settings will appear:

🔹 Enormail Account

Choose your connected Enormail account from the dropdown

🔹 Mailing List

Select the Enormail list where the contact should be added. Lists will load automatically from your account.

🔹 Fields

Map your form fields to Enormail fields:

• Email

• Name (optional)

Only mapped and non-empty values will be sent.

Step 5: Save Integration

Click Save Integration to complete the setup.

🎉 Now every form submission will add a new subscriber to your chosen Enormail list!

🔍 Troubleshooting

If something doesn’t work:

1. Go to AFI → Log

2. Check the related log entry for:

   • Wrong or missing API Key

   • Mailing list not selected

   • Email field not mapped or empty

   • Any API error from Enormail
