Helping the Advertising Industry drive growth that’s better for the planet and better for business

The Australian advertising industry is uniquely positioned to play a pivotal role in tackling the climate crisis; both by reducing our direct carbon footprint, and by supporting the shift towards more sustainable behaviours from businesses and consumers.

Ad Net Zero Australia is a voluntary, not-for-profit cliamte action programme, bringing together all areas of advertising’s supply chain including vendors, agencies and advertisers. This collective commitment to action enables us to develop solutions that holistically address the end-to-end impact of advertising.

We are backed by Ad Net Zero’s global network of tools, resources and expertise. The climate emergency is a global issue, and as a global industry, we need global solutions.

In Australia, Ad Net Zero is led by the main industry bodies for advertising – the Media Federation of Australia (MFA), Interactive Advertising Bureau Australia (IAB), Australian Association of National Advertisers (AANA) and the Advertising Council Australia (ACA) – together with the backing and commitment to action of our supporters.
