The International Conference on ADHD
December 3-5, 2026 | Baltimore, Maryland
ADDA is bringing our community to Baltimore for the International Conference on ADHD. For three days, you’re not the odd one out — you’re exactly where you belong. Don’t just attend, come home.
Did you know ADDA+ members receive a significant discount on registration?
ADDA exists for adults with ADHD, and the International Conference on ADHD is where that community shows up in person. It’s the largest annual multidisciplinary ADHD conference in North America, co-hosted by ADDA, ACO, and CHADD. Adults with ADHD, coaches, clinicians, researchers, educators, and parents come together every year to share what the current research actually means in day-to-day life. In 2026, it’s in Baltimore, Maryland.
A Note From ADDA’s President
Hi, I’m Duane Gordon — an adult with ADHD and President of ADDA. I want you to join me in Baltimore this fall for the 2026 International Conference on ADHD. Bring your partner.
You know the struggle. The inattention. The procrastination. The emotional rollercoaster. And the hardest part? Going it alone — Googling at midnight, wondering if it ever gets better. Logic tells you others feel this way. But logic doesn’t cure loneliness.
In 2005, a friend told me: “Duane, go to the Conference. It’ll change your life.”
She was right. I walked in shy, anxious, and exhausted. Three days later, surrounded by people who got it – who got me – everything shifted. That conference started a transformation still going today. I went from hiding my ADHD in shame to becoming ADDA’s president.
I turned to my wife Linda and said: “No matter when, no matter where, no matter what it costs – we’ll be there every year.”
Baltimore this fall. Come find your people.
See you there!
Duane
