As some of you may or may not know I disappear back to Scotland every summer to do my other job which is running a live event company at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. This year we ran 21 shows a day for the 26-day festival. 12-hour days, every day. Sometimes I am producing, sometimes performing, sometimes just sleeping backstage because I am exhausted.
Here are a few pictures from this summer:
After the festival I always try to take a trip with a member of my family. Last year I went to Portugal with my mother, next year Spain with my dad and brother, this year I went to Turkey with my brother. In ten days we went all around the country. Great place, highly recommended. Food was great (although I did get sick on the last few days).
