Prohibited Uses
Unless expressly authorized in writing by Accessible.org, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, store, transmit, display, sell, resell, license, sublicense, modify, adapt, edit, translate, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, bundle, white label, private label, password protect, or otherwise exploit any content, materials, or intellectual property from any Accessible.org property, whether such materials are provided free of charge or purchased, in whole or in part, in any medium or format now known or hereafter developed.
This prohibition applies to, but is not limited to: website content, blog posts, articles, guides, training materials, course content, audit templates, report templates, remediation documentation, tools, software, logos, graphics, images, videos, presentations, publications, frameworks, methodologies, and any other materials created by or on behalf of Accessible.org.
Limited Exceptions
You may share links to Accessible.org content, provided you do not alter, frame, or present the content in a misleading context. Brief quotations for the purpose of commentary, criticism, or review are permitted to the extent allowed under applicable fair use or fair dealing provisions of copyright law, provided proper attribution to Accessible.org is given.
Any use of Accessible.org materials beyond these limited exceptions requires a separate written licensing agreement executed by Accessible.org.
Client Deliverables
Deliverables produced for clients under a signed services agreement are subject to the intellectual property provisions of that agreement. Accessible.org retains ownership of all proprietary methodologies, processes, tools, templates, frameworks, and know-how used in the creation of client deliverables, regardless of whether such materials are delivered to the client or incorporated into client-facing outputs.
Trademarks
The Accessible.org name, Accessibility Tracker name, Accessibility Base name, The ADA Book name, and all associated logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks or trade names of Accessible.org, LLC. You may not use any of these marks without the prior written permission of Accessible.org. All other trademarks, registered trademarks, product names, and company names or logos mentioned on any Accessible.org property are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
Reporting Infringement
If you become aware of any unauthorized use of Accessible.org’s intellectual property, please notify us at [email protected]. Please include a description of the copyrighted work or trademark you believe has been infringed, the URL or location where the infringement appears, and your contact information. Accessible.org reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies against any party that infringes upon its intellectual property rights.
Governing Law
This Copyright Notice is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this notice or to the intellectual property of Accessible.org shall be resolved in accordance with the Dispute Resolution provisions of our Terms and Conditions.
