This paper suggests a heuristic approach in order to balance the unbalanced transportation problem and improve the Vogels Approximation Method in order to get improved (sometimes) initial solution of unbalanced transportation problem in comparison to usual VAM. The algorithm is supported by numerical illustrations.

Entrepreneurs are looking forward through the innovative means to develop business model through the extensive use of technology. Online business models are getting attention and adoption in India is growing with fast quick growth. The research conducted by Marques (2012), states that the strong attitude was a direct influencing factor on entrepreneurial intention. Also, it was reflected in Krueger (1994) research that attitude had a substantial inspiration on intention.

Presence of nitrogen, phosphorous, potassium and sulfur (N-P-K) makes a fertilizer complete. This study presents a preventive linear goal programming model for multi-objective nutrimental management problem by determining an optimum compost combination to teff plantation in Mekele, Ethiopia. Efficiency and effectiveness of the proposed model have been measured on a set of data. Results of the formulation signify all objectives have been achieved. In addition, the current cost of fertilizer applied to teff plantation can be optimized with fertilizer mix. Proposed model is quite flexible with respect to the goal priorities.

The approach is based on three theorems. This paper
investigates some conditions to be imposed on times transportation and processing times. Minimization of range of
lateness is the criterion to nd optimal sequence of jobs. A rule to determine equivalent job and its processing times for
jobs in block has also been determined here. The work has been supported by a numerical example.
