If it has partially resolved some dis Integration to what extent could it be related with on the issue of administration, education ? And will the constitution stop this phenomenal regime of flexibility and Mutability? The changes in the society would always seek the erasure and addendum of different laws, some shall be modified, altered, and some holistically amended. Nevertheless, the supreme law will remain exalted that any subsidiaries cum subsequent legislations which is inconsistent with constitutional provisions, shall be declared void to the extent of its inconsistency.
